At FBX Designs, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality digital products and services. We specialize in intellectual property (IP) sales. If a client downloads the document (IP), refunds are not applicable. However, if a client doesn’t download the document, we offer a refund. We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our refund policy for digital products (IP) before making a purchase. Please read this policy carefully. Due to the nature of our products, which are primarily digital information (IP) products, we do not offer refunds after the product has been delivered or accessed. Once our information products are sent to the customer, we have no guarantee that they will not use the information.

  1. Digital Product Nature

Our digital products include, but are not limited to, software, digital downloads, eBooks, online courses, subscriptions, and other digital content. These products are intangible and can be accessed or downloaded immediately upon purchase. 

  1. 100-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 100-day refund policy for digital products unless you have downloaded your purchased files once or more. If you have not downloaded the file yet, you are eligible for a full refund!

         3. Unauthorized Purchases

    Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account and devices. We are not responsible for any unauthorized purchases made using your account, and such cases do not qualify for a refund.
